What is Infrared Thermal Imaging?

IRT allows me to see temperature differences throughout the property while testing all components. It allows me to detect moisture and leaks, checks HVAC supply temperature, checks for proper insulation, detects overloaded electrical breakers and aids in Energy Efficiency recommendations.
